This is our engine alignment tool # 5212. It will fit all #1 MerCruiser sterndrives including Pre-Alpha "R", Alpha One "MR", Generation II, all Bravo's, Volvo SX and OMC Cobra. This tool is the newer modified version p/n 91-805475A1 which replaces old p/n 91-57797A3. It will fit all the newer engine couplers with the tube extension. MerCruiser' s alignment tool with the adaptor plate will also fit all of the above listed drives but is only required on TR & TRS models. ( see note below )

TR & TRS Alignment Tool

This tool is made by MerCruiser. It is p/n 91 - 805475A1. It will also fit all of the above listed drives but is only required on TR and TRS models.

Integrated Transom System Tool ( ITS )

This is MerCruiser p/n 91- 840965T01 alignment tool. It is used on Bravo drives which have an integrated transom system ( ITS )

The center portion of the tool slides back and forth and turns for a better feel when aligning these units.
