Alpha Retainer Nut Tools

This tool is made by us which replaces MerCruiser
# 91- 43506T. It is used to remove or install the 2 5/16 retainer nut located beneath the water pump on all MerCruiser Alpha One “MR” and Generation II outdrives made from 1983 – Date.

This tool will also fit Mercury outboard motors 200 hp & up.

A 1 1/4 box wrench is used on this tool.

Note! It does not come with the nut shown in the photo.

This 2 5/16 diameter nut is MerCruiser # 824519-1 ( Old #11- 42633 ). It is used to hold down the bearing race on the vertical drive shaft bearing located beneath the water pump on all MerCruiser Alpha One “MR” and Generation II outdrives made from 1984 – Date.

This nut will also fit Mercury outboard motors 200 hp & up.
