This is MerCruiser p/n 19 - 14842 trim cylinder end cap.

It is used on all Bravo drives and later model Alpha One drives which have a 7/16 - 20 thread size.

Both the front and rear anchor pins used on Alpha One/Generation II drives are 10 3/4 long.

They have no threads at the ends of the anchor pins. They use the E-Clips below to hold them in place.

This is MerCruiser p/n 23 - 815950 Gen II ram bushings. They are pressed into each side of the power trim cylinders.

These are sold in a package of (1) each.

It requires a total of (8) bushings to do (1) outdrive.

These snap into the groves at each end of the Gen II anchor pins.
