These are
pre-shaped unpolished replacement aluminum alloy anti-cavitation plates. They are
ready to heliarc in place.
Fit
the replacement anti-cavitation plate to your damaged lower unit by using a
sabre saw and then grinding the rest until they match. Put a nice chamfer
along all the edges to be welded. You can
leave your old housing assembled as long as your welder goes slow and tries to
