1991 - Date Alpha One - Gen II

Gen II Upper Housing

Notice there are 2 holes on each side for nuts & bolts to hold the 2 halves together.

This upper housing will not fit a Pre - Alpha or Alpha lower housing.

There are 4 thru holes in the lower housing for 4 nuts & bolts to hold the 2 halves together.

This lower housing will not fit a Pre - Alpha or Alpha upper housing.

The trailing edge on the skeg is set at a sweeping angle. Alpha is straight.

This lower housing will not fit a Pre - Alpha or Alpha upper housing.

Gen II also has a drain hole near the top of the lower housing.

On Alpha, this hole is about 12 inches lower.
