This is MerCruiser p/n 91- 60523. It is used to measure the drive gear clearance in the upper housing on all MerCruiser #1 drives made from 1968 to Date including "R", Alpha One "MR", and Generation II.

This tool will not fit Bravo, TR or TRS.

This tool is made by GLM.

This is MerCruiser p/n 91- 99924 (old # 91- 63624 ) shimming tool. It is used to measure the drive gear clearance in the upper housing on all TR & TRS MerCruiser drives.

It is for measuring 17T/17T 21/28 & 24/32

This tool is made by us. It is made from 6061-T6 Aluminum Alloy. We guarantee it to be concentric and within .001 of all O.E.M. dimensions.
