GLM Marine - HEI Distributor Kits

These caps are used from 1983 - Date on Thunderbolt IV & V distributors. The original (4) hold down screws are made of steel and in most cases are very difficult to remove. It is recommended to replace these screws with our #9042 stainless steel screws and apply an anti-seize compound for easier removal at a later time.

The rotor is screwed onto the trigger wheel from the under side with (3) screws. These rotors are then pressed onto the shaft of the distributor very tightly and should only be removed from the distributor with (2) screw drivers prying from underneath the trigger wheel.
