To order a new manifold or exhaust elbow, please check the numbers which are cast into the side of your old manifold or exhaust elbow. Compare and match up your numbers with the numbers we have listed below.

Exhaust manifolds come with the gaskets. Exhaust elbows do not come with any gaskets.

4 Cylinder

This is MerCruiser manifold
#63122A13 ( old #39950 ). It is used on many older 4 cylinder, 120 hp engines.

The (4) 5/16-18 elbow mounting hose are 2 7/16 x 3" apart.

This is MerCruiser manifold
# 96705A1 ( Old # 52390A1 )

It is used on many older 4 cylinder, 140 hp engines.

The carburetor mounting holes are 1 7/8 by 3 1/4 apart.

This is MerCruiser manifold
# 806867A8 ( Old # 99798A9 )

It is used on many 1982 - 1995
4 cylinder, 120 & 140 hp engines.

The carburetor mounting holes are 2 inch by 3 11/16 apart.

This manifold comes with the gaskets, (2) end caps and bolts. It is used to replace manifolds which do not have removable end caps. ( Carb. gasket is not included. )

These are MerCruiser manifolds

These are used on older small block Chevy engines with a TR or TRS outdrive. The rear discharge surface is 1 1/2 inches longer.

The rear elbow mounting surface on these 2 manifolds is 3 3/4 by 5 1/2 inches long. These are the only manifolds we have which do not come painted.
