Trim Cylinder Hose Manifolds

This is Quicksilver p/n 47347 hose manifold. It is used on Pre-Alpha drives made before 1983. It bolts below the gimbal housing and connect the 2 hoses inside of the boat to the 4 hose outside of the boat. A 3/8 wrench is used on all (6) fittings. All of the (6) fittings are ( 3/8-24 threads ) for 3/16 O.D. tubing.

This manifold comes from MerCruiser and does not come with the gasket shown.

This is Quicksilver p/n 98825A4 hose manifold. It is used on Alpha One, Generation II and Bravo drives made after 1984. It bolts below the gimbal housing and connect the 2 hoses inside of the boat to the 4 hose outside of the boat. A 7/16 wrench is used on the 2 hose fittings which go inside of the boat. The (2) fittings in the boat are ( 7/16-24 threads ) for 1/4 O.D. tubing and the (4) outside of the boat are ( 3/8-24 threads ) for 3/16 O.D. tubing.

The 2 arrows ( in the photo shown ) point to 2 holes which are for bolting a Mercathode system or a zinc anode to. If no Mercathode system or zinc anode is being used, the 2 bolts, gasket and block off plate can be used.

This manifold comes from GLM Marine and includes all of the items shown.

Trim Hose Adaptor

This is MerCruiser p/n 22-77366 inverted flare fitting adaptor.

Older boats can use (2) of these adaptors on the above manifold to reduce the larger fittings in the manifold to the smaller size hose fittings inside of the boat.
