   Prestolite Motor

This is MerCruiser p/n 92975A6 ( old #79271A4 & #67914A2 )

This motor is only available with the upper portion of the reservoir. It does come with the large o-ring and screws for mounting the pump but does not come with the pump section which bolts to the bottom of the reservoir.

This comes from Arco Marine.

  Prestolite O-Ring Kit

These o-rings are used on the bottom of older Prestolite trim pumps which have a rectangular reservoir.

       Prestolite End Caps

This is the most commonly used end plate. It is MerCruiser p/n 392-2940 and is used on Prestolite trim pumps # 79271A4 and #88475A5.

The difference between this end plate and the one below is that this end plate uses no paper gasket  below the brush holders.

This end plate comes from Sierra and includes (2) springs and has (2) brushes attached. All that is required to install this unit is soldering 1 wire.

       Prestolite End Caps

This is MerCruiser p/n 392-8262 end plate.  It is used on Prestolite trim pump # 93247A4.

The difference between this end plate and the one above is that this end plate uses a paper gasket  below the brush holders.

This end plate comes from MerCruiser and includes (2) springs,  (1) extra brush, (1) insulating sleeve, (1) wire clip and (2) more brushes attached. All that is required to install this unit is soldering 1 wire.

      Motor Bracket

This is MerCruiser p/n 862548A1 motor bracket ( old #42419A1). It will fit most MerCruiser trim pump motors. It can be mounted to either the transom or the floor.

This bracket comes from MerCruiser and includes instructions, mounting template and hardware.

  Oildyne Motor Brushes

This fits Mercury Outboard and MerCruiser I/O using Oildyne trim pump, Mercury Nos. 17649A1 & 87828. 
Repair kit includes (2) brushes. (2) springs, (1) thermal Bi-Metal switch and (1) wire crimp bushing.

These brushes are :

                                      .500 Long

This is MerCruiser p/n 17649A1 ( Old # 87828)
replacement motor for late style Alpha One, Generation II and Bravo drives with early style square motors.
