Exhaust Bellows Expander

This is MerCruiser p/n 91-45497A1. It is used to install the exhaust bellows on all MerCruiser "MC-1", drives including Pre-Alpha "R", Alpha One "MR", Generation II, Bravo 1 & 2 and Blackhawk drive units.

To use this tool on Pre-Alpha, Alpha and Generation II models the upper shift shaft and lever located in the bell housing must be removed for this tool to fit thru the opening.
