Exhaust Bellows
Both of these
exhaust bellows will fit MerCruiser drives including Pre-Alpha, Alpha One,
Generation II and Bravo. This style clamps on both ends. The nice thing
about using this bellows is that it is much quieter and cleaner than the short tube because all
of the exhaust gases are pushed down and thru the propeller. Glue is optional on
this bellows.
This bellows is approximately
2 5/8 inside diameter ( when in the round position ) and comes from GLM Marine.
This will not fit
TR or TRS drives.

This exhaust
tube will also fit all of the above listed drives. This style clamps
only on the forward side and fits into the bell housing only when the drive is lowered
down and into it. The only bad thing about this style is
that it is louder than the above and you will have much more carbon deposits on
the back of your boat because not all of the exhaust gases are pushed down and
thru the propeller. Glue is optional on this bellows.
This bellows is approximately

Exhaust Bellows
This is
Quicksilver p/n 54406A1. It will fit TR & TRS drives. This style clamps on both ends. The nice thing
about using this bellows is that it is much quieter and cleaner than the short tube because all
of the exhaust gases are pushed down and thru the propeller. Glue is optional on
this bellows. This bellows has an internal bead to help hold it on.
This bellows is approximately
3 1/2 inside diameter ( when in the round position ) and
comes from Quicksilver.

TR & TRS
Exhaust Tube
This is
Quicksilver p/n 786321. It will fit all TR & TRS drives. This style clamps
only on the forward side and fits into the bell housing only when the drive is lowered
down and into it. The only bad thing about this style is
that it is louder than the above and you will have much more carbon deposits on
the back of your boat because not all of the exhaust gases are pushed down and
thru the propeller. Glue is optional on this bellows.
