Terms :

	All orders must be placed on-line and mailed to you. No pickups or tool rentals for local residents. Sorry, no exceptions.
	We ship only to the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Marshall Islands and Puerto Rico.
	Packages under 20 pounds are shipped (2) Day Priority U.S. Mail. Packages over 20 pounds may ship (6) Day Parcel Post U.S. Mail. Orders containing Paint or Gear Lube ship Parcel Post. We do add insurance.
	If a shipment is refused by the customer, or it is undeliverable as addressed, the customer agrees to be liable for any and all shipping charges.
	Your personal information is not shared with anyone.
	Payment methods are Visa, Master Card and Discover Card. New customers may only have their shipping to the billing address or P.O. Box. Payment may also be prepaid with a Postal Money Order. Sorry, no checks or COD orders are accepted.
	There is a $20.00 Minimum on all parts ordered ( not including shipping )
	There is a $8.95 Minimum shipping charge for a 1 Pound box.

Returns:

All Returns must have a Return Merchandise Acceptance (RMA) number. RMA numbers may be obtained by emailing us below with a description of the item you would like to return. Returned merchandise must be in new condition with undamaged packaging. A restocking fee of 15% may be charged for returns in order to cover our return costs and repackaging. No returns after 30 days. No returns on electrical parts. No returns on shipping. We do not accept returns for installed or painted items.

All items purchased from MerCstuff.llc are covered by manufacturers' warranties only. The parts we carry require mechanical and technical ability to install and adjust. Please ascertain your abilities prior to ordering.
