parts came out of boats that were in a running condition. Questionable
gears and shafts were sent out for Magnetic Particle Inspection and therefore
sold "as is" with no warranty or returns.

 This
is a used Michigan Wheel 15 3/4 by 15 pitch 3
bladed aluminum older style propeller. It has been reconditioned and
balanced by Johnny's Propeller Service in Detroit Michigan.
This propeller requires the older thick brass thrust washer Click

but not included.

Outdrive Work Holding Fixture
 This
is an outdrive holding fixture I made 20 years ago. It will hold all
MerCruiser outdrives. I don't have the plate which mounts to the bench but
it can made by welding a 12 inch long piece of pipe with an inside
diameter of larger than 2.010 to a 1/4 inch plate 8 x 8

Granite Surface Plate - Used
This is a Grade A surface plate. It measures 12 x 8 x 2 5/8. It was
inspected by Mitchell's (313) 591-1377 in 1987 and has not been used
since.

This is a Drill Doctor Model # 750. It will sharpen drills up to 3/4
diameter. It was a Xmas present a few years ago and only used a
couple of times because being a retired tool & die maker, I just

Propshaft Straightening Fixture - Used
With this fixture you can straighten most Pre-Alpha, Alpha One
and Generation II propshafts to within .002 total indicator reading measuring it
at the end of the splines as shown.

Used Individual Lower Unit Gears
These are
used lower unit gears. They came out of Pre-Alpha and Alpha One lower
units which were used from 1965 - 1991. We had all of our used lower gears
sent out
for magnetic particle inspection.
The ones which passed are now being sold individually as

1970 to 1991. They will fit Pre-Alpha & Alpha One Bell housings and

These are used MerCruiser empty lower housings which were used from approx.
1970 to 1982. They will fit Pre-Alpha & Alpha One upper housings. Some
of these housing have had new skegs welded to the bottom and then painted.
These housings require a vertical drive shaft with the 3/16 dia. pre-load
pin on top of it.

is a used 5 gallon pail pump. It comes with a plastic pail which has
about 7 " ( about 2 1/2 gallons ) of Sierra High Performance (

Alignment Tools For Twin Engines
 We
took an 1 1/8 combination wrench, cut & welded a long handle on it for
locking down the front engine alignment bolts on twin V-8 engines. The
short end of the wrench is used to adjust the up & down.

is a used lower gear set. It came out of a perfect running drive. It comes
with the vertical shaft, forward gear, pinion gear, reverse gear and
pinion bearing.

angled rib on the carrier and not the thin outer ring.

Remanufactured GM Delco Marine Starter
 This
starter was rebuilt by Marv's
Auto Electric in Utica Michigan. It mounts from the bottom of the
engine and is held in place with (1) long bolt & (1) short bolt and
has a straight across bolt pattern. It was used on many older
in-line 4 & 6 cylinder and V-8 GM engines. This will not fit a Ford.

Trim
Cylinder Test Fixture
This
is a test fixture we built years ago to check trim cylinders we rebuilt
for internal and external leaks. It uses a large garage door spring
to apply resistance against the trim cylinder as the pump extends and
retracts the piston. It will hold all MerCruiser trim cylinders. The pump
will develop and hold 3000 Lbs. of up pressure and 700 Lbs. of down
pressure. A long heavy duty cord with alligator clips is used to connect
to any 12 volt battery for power.
