This is MerCruiser p/n 57749A1. It is only used on TR & TRS outdrives with Borg-Warner transmissions. It is 7 1/4 inches long and only available from MerCruiser.

This is MerCruiser p/n 39385A1. It is used on many 4 & 6 cylinder in-line engines. It is 8 inches long and only available from MerCruiser.

9 1/2 " Shaft

This is MerCruiser p/n 814819A3
( old # 59830A7 ). It is used on most 8 cylinder engines. It is 9 1/2 inches long and has an extra o-ring grove cut into it for the newer engine couplers which have a grease fitting behind them for greasing the coupler splines without removing the outdrive.
