This is MerCruiser p/n 91- 31107T shift shaft bushing tool. It is used to remove and install the shift shaft bushing in the lower housing on all MerCruiser #1 “R” and Alpha One “MR” outdrives made from 1963 - 1991.

It does not come with the shift shaft bushing shown in the photo.
