This is MerCruiser p/n 91- 17256 ( old # 91- 36235 ). It fits the 4 inch retainer nut behind the U-Joints in the upper housing on all #1 drives made from 1966 to Date including Pre-Alpha "R", Alpha One "MR", Generation II, Blackhawk, Bravo 1, 2 & 3 drives.

This tool is made by GLM Marine. There is a 1/2 square in the end of the handle which is used for a torque wrench. This tool is plated.

Bravo X Drives

This is MerCruiser
p/n 91- 862219A1 upper spanner wrench. It fits the retainer nut behind the U-Joints in the upper housing on only Bravo X drives.

This tool is made by Quicksilver. There is also a 1/2 square in the end of the handle which is used for a torque wrench. This tool comes with a black oxide finish.
